You could do it this way … putting your safety at risk each time you’re called out to investigate why the alarm has activated or you could ... do it the right way and use our keyholding and alarm response service:

		Upon receipt of the call notifying our 24 hour control room of an alarm activation at your premises, we will immediately despatch our liveried vehicle to conduct a full internal and external check.
		We will establish the reason for the activation and deal with the situation accordingly. Usually this will just involve confirming to the monitoring station the reason for the activation and then simply re-setting the alarm.
		Alternatively it may be that there has been a genuine incident and we need to invoke the emergency procedure that we have agreed with you beforehand.
